Mission-driven company makes Forbes 500 list for fourth time
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Forbes has once again recognized BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as one of America’s best large employers, marking the fourth such ranking for the company in the past six years.
BlueCross ranked 486 of 500 employers and is one of three Blue plans to make the 2021 list. In addition to being recognized as an overall employer of choice, the company has earned rankings on several Forbes lists over the past five years, including acknowledgment as a best employer for women in 2018 and a best employer for diversity in 2019 and 2020.
