BlueCross Promotes Crook to Lead Wellness Product Team

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Tracy Crook has been named director of new product and wellness strategy at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. In this role, she’ll lead teams producing and managing BlueHealth Solutions wellness programs and health management initiatives for BlueCross commercial large group accounts.

Crook joined BlueCross in 2002. She was most recently program manager overseeing health and wellness initiatives for a BlueCross national account.

“Tracy has vast experience developing wellness products and working with group customers to implement wellness programs in their organizations,” said John Maki, BlueCross vice president of sales and account management. “Her rapport with customers and teams across BlueCross make her well suited for this role.”

She has also served as a manager for product strategy and innovation and as a manager in marketing and product development.

Tracy is a registered nurse. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Covenant College and an Associate of Science-Nursing degree from Dalton College. She holds the designations of Certified Case Manager and Managed Healthcare Professional.
