Key facts
- BlueSky Institute is a partnership between BlueCross and ETSU. It’s designed to meet a critical business need for BlueCross by developing local technology talent the company needs to serve its customers, business partners and communities.
- BlueSky Institute students can earn a bachelor’s degree in computing from ETSU in just two years — and qualified graduates can earn a job offer from BlueCross upon successful completion of the program.
- BlueSky Institute students will follow an accelerated version of ETSU’s ABET-accredited computing curriculum. They will take classes, work on real-world projects, and be mentored by BlueCross technology team members at the BlueCross headquarters in Chattanooga.
