Planned maintenance: system access temporarily affected for BCBST.com and BlueCross apps

We’re conducting routine maintenance on our Facets system and some of our applications will have limited functionality from 11 a.m. ET Saturday, Sept. 28 through noon Sunday, Sept. 29.  

We’ve scheduled this maintenance over the weekend to minimize disruptions. However, the following systems will be affected: 

  • Facets 
  • Member, employer, provider and broker portals 
  • BCBSTNSM app 
  • Availity provider portal  

This means BlueCross members and providers will not be able to log in to BCBST.com or our mobile apps.

Members should plan ahead by downloading a copy of their digital ID card and adding it to their Apple Wallet.

Members with Teladoc TM Health, our virtual care service, can log in using their existing account info at member.teladoc.com/signin or by calling 1-800-TELADOC.

Emergency care won’t be affected or require prior authorizations.

If you’re a BlueCross member and need emergency or urgent care services, you still have coverage. Please visit a care provider near you and know that we will work with you to resolve any claims questions once our maintenance is complete.
