We’re upgrading our online account experience from 9 p.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 10 until 12:00 a.m. ET on Monday, October 13. This update includes several improvements:
- Easier ways to check benefits
- A new dashboard that highlights important information
- Better organization and decision support
While the upgrade is in progress, members won’t be able to view our apps or log in to their bcbst.com account to view claims info, make payments or access digital ID cards.
Members with Teladoc TM Health, our virtual care service, can log in using their existing account info at https://member.teladoc.com/signin or by calling 1-800-TELADOC.
