BlueCross Among Forbes Best-in-State Employers

Mission-driven not-for-profit ranks #19 in Tennessee

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Forbes has recognizedBlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as one of Tennessee’s top 20 employers in its inaugural Best-in-State list.

BlueCross ranked 19 of 73 Tennessee-based companies and is the highest ranked organization with a Chattanooga headquarters. This recognition represents the company’s third appearance on a Forbes list in 2019. In January, BlueCross was acknowledged as America’s third best employer for diversity and in May, the company made the Forbes’ 500 Best Large Employers national list for the third time.
