CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has been recognized by Forbes as one of the country’s Best Employers for Diversity 2024, the seventh year in a row the company has earned recognition for its efforts to increase inclusivity and support opportunity for employees from a variety of backgrounds.
The Best Employers for Diversity ranking comes from a Forbes/Statista assessment that included survey results from the past three years and a review of publicly available information about company practices and demographics. Survey respondents included employees as well as non-employees of organizations with at least 1,000 employees in the United States.
