Planned maintenance: BlueCross websites, apps and system access paused Friday evening to Monday morning

From Friday, June 23 at 5:00 p.m. through Monday, June 26 at 8:00 a.m., BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee will be performing system maintenance, which will impact our digital systems.

Although we’ve scheduled this maintenance during a weekend to minimize disruptions, the following systems will be unavailable or have limited functionality during the process:

  • Websites
  • Member, employer and broker logins
  • Provider portal and Payer Spaces within Availity
  • BCBSTNSM app
  • AmplifyHealth app
  • Phone systems

This means BlueCross members and providers will not be able to log in to or our mobile apps.

Members should plan ahead by downloading a copy of their digital ID card and adding it to their Apple Wallet.

Members with Teladoc TM Health, our virtual care service, can log in using their existing account info at or by calling 1-800-TELADOC.

Emergency care won’t be affected or require prior authorizations.

If you’re a BlueCross member and need emergency or urgent care services, you still have coverage. Please visit a care provider near you and know that we will work with you to resolve any claims questions once our maintenance is complete.
