Updated: We’ve restored access to BlueCross technology systems

Update, June 18, 5:45 p.m.

Our technology teams have restored access for BCBST.com and our mobile app. BlueCross members and providers can once again log in to review benefits and claims information.

Original Story, June 17

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee information technology systems went down due to a power outage this afternoon, Saturday, June 17.

This means BlueCross members and providers will not be able to log in to BCBST.com or our mobile app. Members and providers won’t be able to access benefits or claims information, or submit claims, until our systems are restored.

If you’re a BlueCross member and need emergency or urgent care services, you still have coverage. Please visit a care provider near you and know that we will work with you to resolve any claims questions once our systems are restored.

We will continue to provide updates as we learn additional information. Following a scheduled company holiday, our offices will reopen on Tuesday, June 20, and customer service teams will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
