BlueCross Names Moore as Director of Account Management

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has named Tina Moore as director of account management for the West region.

In this role, Moore will work to understand and meet the health coverage needs of West Tennessee businesses and their employees. She will also collaborate with BlueCross teams from across the company to deliver exceptional service to those employer customers and our members.

“Tina brings more than 20 years of experience to our account management team in Memphis,” said John Maki, vice president of sales and account management for BlueCross. “Her extensive knowledge will help us build strong partnerships and improve the health of the people we serve, so we’re excited to have her as part of our team.”

Prior to joining BlueCross, Moore served as senior account manager with Aetna, where she specialized in growing and retaining commercial business. She focused on strategy and project development, communications strategies and customer service in order to deliver creative solutions to meet business needs.

Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado. She has served as a committee member on the Women’s Foundation of Colorado, as a mentor in an elementary school and volunteer at Denver Urban Gardens.
